Picture Day is Coming to Smiley!
Picture Day at Smiley will be Wednesday, September 3. Please be sure to dress your child in bright colors that will make a memorable photo to be included in the yearbook. More information will be sent home to parents with a choice of background colors for the picture.Upcoming Curriculum Night Dates
Curriculum Night for each grade level will be held on the following dates:
2nd Grade Curriculum Night - Sept. 4
K Curriculum Night - Sept. 9
1st Grade Curriculum Night - Sept. 11
Parents and their children are invited to attend to learn more about the learning that is taking place this year and the importance of parental involvement. Pizza will be provided for attending families and all meetings will be from 6-7 pm.3rd Grade Curriculum Night
All parents with 3rd grade students were invited to attend the 3rd Grade Curriculum Night from 6-7 pm Tuesday, August 26th at Smiley Elementary. Parents and teachers met to discuss how important it is for everyone to become involved with the students' learning and covered the different areas of curriculum that will be heavily tested on this school year. Pizza was provided for families attending the meeting.Smiley Elementary School
